Streamlined Solutions Australia have seen a real need for support amongst our community and we are taking action. Our journey has started with helping people on the streets of Moreton Bay Council. The whole team at Streamlined have dedicated hours on volunteer work!
Our Long - Term Goals
Rehabilitation Programs
Ultimately we don't just want to give temporary help by handing out water, warm beverages and packaged goods, although this is our starting point, however our vision is much bigger. We want to find a permanent fix for these people and keep them off the streets for good. By referring them to services as needed, the chances of them staying off the streets and healthy are so much higher.
Hot Meals
We are working towards food licensing! Just like the packaged goods and beverages we already serve, we want to up our game and provide hot and tasty meals for those who don't get to experience them. With quality food suppliers and healthy meals we believe it could make some peoples week
Housing Programs
Just like rehibition programs, we want to take these people off the streets entirely. We don't just want to be help, we want to be a solution. We want to be the reason people get to sleep in a warm bed instead of on the cold streets. By actively reaching out to housing programs we are pushing for rooms available at the ready.
